Payments:

Please note that we require full payment to be made before your order is shipped. We accept, credit/debit cards, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Cash and any other forms that are enabled on our store. Payment on pick at our local store is also available

Shipping:

Upon confirmation of your order, goods will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours. We provide shipping options Victoria wide through a range of services such as but not limited to TNT, Border Express and local same/next day courier.

  • If tracking is available it will be uploaded online once  your goods are dispatched. The local courier network normally delivery same business say for metro location in Victoria
  • Depending on your location and order size you may receive free freight. Builders and Wholesalers are excluded.
  • A re-delivery fee charge will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery.
  • We can deliver onsite or to a business address with forklift on the courier.
  • Please note we are unable to proivde a resolution for any costs or issues that may arise from courier, shipping & handling delays.
  • We ship out all our items from our local warehouse in Melbourne

Returns:

Change of mind? No worries!

  • You can receive a full refund by returning the goods in original condition, within 30 days of the purchase date! No restocking fees and no handling fees for returns! Please note you will need to pay for the return freight cost. Note that we will not accept any refunds for items that have been mishandled or misused. Please note any postage costs paid are non-refundable for change of mind.
  • If you have received the incorrect product or an item not as described contact our team for help. Please note we may require photos or videos to confirm this and may require the item to be sent back to our supplier first before a resolution is provided.
  • If your item has not arrived, please contact our team, we will work with the courier to investigate the parcel, and offer you support
  • Our team take great care to ensure the photos listed and specification provided are as accurate as possible. Please note that under different lighting conditions tiles will look differently, certain tiles may have patterns that differ from tile to tile, descriptive wording used often has multiple meanings and may not exactly reflect the style/colour/nature of the tiles. We cannot take responsibility if this is the case with your purchase.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Sunrise Warehouse offers a 12-month warranty period on all products (unless noted otherwise) starting from the day of your purchase. Autocrave’s warranty is outlined above and below and does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons).
